Ooops, North Logan already has a bicycle seller that would be required to comply with that state law - WalMart.    Does Smithfield Implement sell any bicycles? I finally found the alleged state law requiring cities to license bicycles.  Actually the law requires cities to have an ordinance requiring all bicycle dealers to license bicycles sold by them.  Since there are no bicycle dealers anywhere in Cache County other than in Logan, none of our other towns must have licensing ordinances. http://le.utah.gov/code/TITLE11/htm/11_21_000100.htm If I open a bike shop in North Logan, can I not do any business until the city passes an ordinance? Open House for One Way Couplet Study
