I finally found the alleged state law requiring cities to license bicycles. Actually the law requires cities to have an ordinance requiring all bicycle dealers to license bicycles sold by them. Since there are no bicycle dealers anywhere in Cache County other than in Logan, none of our other towns must have licensing ordinances. http://le.utah.gov/code/TITLE11/htm/11_21_000100.htm If I open a bike shop in North Logan, can I not do any business until the city passes an ordinance? Hi Folks, Logan City and the CMPO have sponsored a feasibility study to explore the (long term) potential for some configuration of one-way "couplet" roads to serve the long term multi model mobility needs of Logan and the Region (see attached flyer).
