Hi folks,   At last nights BPAC meeting I was tasked with finding information about classification or nomenclature of various alternative transportation solutions.   I dont think there is any "official" classification scheme. Bob, I've heard Rep Anderson express concern that there is not a mechanism for cyclist to help pay for roadway maintenance. I would guess this is the motive. Anderson wants to address the licensing of bicycles traveling on Utah's roadways. Rep.
