For those regularly attending BPAC monthly meetings there has been some exciting progress in the past few months.  One item we need to revisit is the meeting time - remember, we moved this to noon on a trial basis.  Initially we had a strong turn-out when we moved to a midday session; now, it has tapered somewhat, but we still have consistent numbers and are moving several issues forward. Good idea.  We need an ordinance like this  (and not just in Logan City). I wonder if the ordinance should explicitly refer to "motor vehicles" instead of "vehicles" throughout (see the reason later on).
