Urban Design Utah - Vineyard Station & Lake Front Development Field Trip - Monday, October 3

The recent 2020 Census revealed Vineyard as Utah's fastest growing city, from a 2010 population of 139 to a 2020 population of 12,543. Current population estimates exceed 15,000. Retaining Wall Ordinances & Height Limits

All,   North Ogden City is considering making adjustments to our retaining wall ordinance, specifically regarding overall permitted height limits for retaining walls. Currently, in North Ogden City, retaining walls should not be any taller than 8 feet, per city ordinance. Hello All,   We are looking into some regulations about use on our shared use paths. We have had a dramatic rise in e-bikes (both peddle assist and self-propelled). Residents have raised some concerns about the speed of some bikers on these trails. I am wondering how other Cities or organizations have regulated the use of these trails.
