Bonds for private property aren't allowed via State Law, sorry.  A couple of years ago the Legislature tossed that in to State Law.  Pretty awkward for getting the improvements we want as planners. Hi all,   As an alternative to requiring single-family lots be landscaped prior to certificate of occupancy, has anyone used landscaping bonds?
