We have a discussion item coming up with our Planning Commission regarding tattoo services. Currently, Brigham City only allows Tattoo Establishments in the industrial districts. The discussion is whether or not to allow tattoo services
as an accessory service/use with a beauty care, personal services, or wellness center in the General Commercial and Central Business District, but not as a stand-alone establishment.
Are there any communities that allow tattoo services as part of another type of service use but not as a stand-alone service? Any feedback and city code would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Mark Bradley
