Morgan County is looking to implement an AI tool for the County’s Website. We’ve heard that some jurisdictions in Utah have AI tools on their website that only answers questions based on text that is fed into it. Ideally, we'd like to feed our County Code into an AI app/widget and have that be a separate search engine on our website. That said, we do not want to have customers receive answers based on anything outside of the County Code. That could cause some serious problems if customers do a search from our site and receive some bad information that comes from other search engines. I’m merely looking to get educated on this topic, but if you have helpful resources to send me to or can speak to tools like this utilized within your own jurisdiction, I would appreciate learning about those tools/methods.
