Code Enforcement Tracking Software

Good Morning Utah Planners!

Clinton City is in the process of changing to an administrative code enforcement process with most violations handled with civil citations as opposed to criminal enforcement. Part of this overhaul is the desire to effectively administer and track cases with software for online interface with the public and for tracking and administering cases. Presently, we use City Inspect to process and issue building permits. They offer a code enforcement module that we are considering, but we want to examine other potential options before we move forward.

I appreciate a response that includes recommendations of code enforcement software programs and apps you are familiar with and that you have had success with presently or in the past. It would also be helpful to know what features of the software you appreciate and why.

Thank you for taking the time to review and respond to this request. I wish you all a wonderful Monday which (hopefully) is the beginning of more pleasant weather.

Best.
