RE: Code Enforcement Protocols

Attached is a code enforcement best management practices manual I created for Bountiful City 6 or 7 years ago.  It includes important things like “how to deal with angry citizens”, “how to fill out a code enforcement complaint form”, sections from the code most commonly complained about, etc.  I also created a series of form letters (not attached) that could be amended based on the type of violation.  As far as I know they are still being used and still relevant if anybody wants a copy.  I’m in the process of the updating the best practices manual for Vineyard, if anybody wants a copy when I’m done.  Feel free to use/modify/adopt anything I’ve provided – just make sure you cut me in on the royalties ;)

Thanks,

Aric
