Subdivision Improvements and Building Permits

Springville City has been requested to amend City Code to allow subdivision improvements and building construction on individual lots to occur simultaneously.  Occupancy permits will not be given until all improvements and infrastructure are in.  Currently our codes require the subdivision improvements to be completed prior to the issuance of a building permit for lots within the subdivision.  We are considering this request for commercial, industrial and multi-family residential projects.   We are ...Continue Reading
