All,

Many local governments have regulations for development on steep slopes.  Most I have seen limit that to 30%.  We have interpreted our code to mean that you cannot have building envelopes on anything over 30% slope.

We are considering a code that would not allow any disturbance on slopes over 30% not including back country trails, maintenance roads etc.  

Does anyone have a code that does NOT allow any disturbance on slopes over 30%?
