Fellow Planners,

 

Heber City is interested in other Cities that have a standardized staff report template that is used across the multiple departments. It appears that most Cities have a different template for each department. Does anyone have some examples of how a single template has been used with all departments of the City? Any comments, help, or examples is greatly appreciated.
