Parametrix is seeking a Senior Transportation Engineer /Project Manager to support growth within our established team in Salt Lake City. We have a strong transportation planning presence in Utah and are looking to enhance our client services by adding roadway corridor planning and design expertise. Across Parametrix, we are known for strong transportation planning and engineering capabilities, so there would be internal resources and support to grow the transportation engineering practice. Parametrix is working on premier transportation projects and is proud to have established relationships with a range of clients providing us the opportunity to support and enhance the communities in which we live and work.

WHO YOU ARE:

Relationship Focused & Connected: Interested in expanding on existing client relationships (UDOT, UTA, and various regional and local entities) and building new ones, identifying strategic opportunities and implementing successful pursuit strategies with key clients throughout Utah

Technically Focused: Can help pursue, win, lead and deliver varied transportation projects with state and local clients focused on arterial roadways, highways, freeways, interchanges, and intersections.  Expertise in transit projects is a plus

Experienced, Driven Project Manager: Degree in Civil Engineering, Utah PE, and 10+ years of A&E consulting or agency experience. Proven PM experience successfully delivering projects and developing client relations

Collaborator: Our existing team is talented and can provide crucial support for planning and preliminary engineering. Strong team orientation and the ability to successfully integrate and collaborate within the transportation division and across all disciplines is a key to success at Parametrix
