Wasatch County is working on changing how we handle performance and other bonding. I know that there are a few places that have moved more to cash or escrow and away from letters of credit or surety bonds. If your city or county has eliminated letters of credit or surety bonds as an option please contact me directly at thair@PROTECTED so I can speak with you further on this and get some ideas on what your new processes look like and what the process of amending your code looked like.
