Request for Proposals - Planning Consultant 2024/2028 CDBG Consolidated Plan
Logan City is seeking proposals from qualified professional firms to prepare a CDBG 2024 - 2028 Consolidated Plan, 2024 Annual Action Plan, and an update to the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing. Comprehensive Plan. This Plan will establish affordable housing, economic development and community development priorities for the City's Community Development Block Grant award program through 2028. Consultants should be familiar with the Community Development Block Grant Program.
Deadline for proposals: May 19, 2023, 1:00 PM, MST.
