Hi all,

I'm in the process of looking into the above code (17-27a-11) and its application for Box Elder County.  Consequently, I'm reaching out to see if there have been counties (rural like Box Elder OR urban…, if required) that have looked at the above code passed this last July and have begun (or finished) their process for their county moving forward.  I'm looking for resources on considerations that were had beyond those mentioned in the criteria of the bill and certainly other thoughts on the matter. 

Specific questions that I would appreciate any feedback are:

-Have any Utah counties either approved or are close to approve the ordinance?

-What zoning factors are being considered?

-What research/criteria did you look at beyond the criteria of the CAFO Act?

Any other thoughts or resources are appreciated.
