What are some mixed-use developments that have been recently constructed along the Wasatch Front? I currently have a mixed use zone that allows total separation of commercial and residential so it acts no different than 6 acres zoned regional
commercial and 4 acres on the other side of a city road zoned R1-10. A plan such as this would be permitted under the mixed-use zone and I think we can all agree that this is not mixed-use.
