Any municipalities use alternate PC members? Good/bad experience? Thanks.

*Due to COVID-19 we will not be holding in-person meetings. We are still accepting appointments and will use Zoom for electronic meetings. We will be accepting applications and fees electronically only. For application submittals please request an electronic review by emailing all required application materials to Tina Fairbourn at TFairbourn@PROTECTED. She will then assign the review to a Planner and Engineer and you will be informed within 24 hours whether or not the application is complete and has been accepted. If the application is deemed complete, you will then need to call the receptionist at the front desk to make the payment. For fees larger than $500 and charged to a credit card, there will be an additional 3% fee as charged by the credit card companies. The receptionists can take a payment by check over the phone. Before you make the payment you will need to contact your bank and do one of two things:

a)       Authorize positive pay for the City of Saratoga Springs/Xpress Bill Pay (this option needs to be done each time), or

b)       Add tax ID number 1870575087 as an authorized debitor with your bank (this option only needs to be done once).
