Permit Technician I

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00/hr.

Cache County has a job opening for a Permit Technician I in our Development Services Office. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. The ideal candidate will have certified as a Permit Technician or is able to obtain certification within 6 months, must have graduated from High School or have GED, have one year of working experience related to zoning, construction, or building inspection work, and reading and interpreting plans and specifications. This job consists of intake, issue and tracking all in-office permits, managing, maintaining and organize date electronically, and perform a variety of advanced administrative and clerical functions.
