ULI UrbanPlan for Public Officials uses the vast knowledge of Institute members to educate public officials, high school students, university students, neighbors, and land use professionals. Participants learn about the fundamental forces that affect real estate development in our communities. It brings industry professionals together with public officials to work through a case study development situation in a day-long format.
