The Incremental Development Alliance will be returning on April 24th to conduct a day-long workshop on how you can get started with small-scale development.

 

The workshop will cover such topics as:

 

·         Site selection

·         Using a pro-forma to design a project that is financially sustainable

·         Navigating zoning

·         How to create a project proposal

·         How to ask for money

 

As well as offering opportunities for networking and hands-on development exercises.

 

The early bird deadline for the April Small Scale Developer’s Workshop is just one week away. You have until March 25th to take advantage of the $180 registration fee. After March 25th the price will increase by $30 to $210. Register now to lock in the early bird price.
