Youth serving on Planning Commission
Clearfield City Council has asked staff to research the concept of youth participating with the City Planning Commission. It is anticipated that they would serve on the commission, and have a
role that would allow them to vote on matters where the Commission acts as the land use authority. Staff has reviewed City Code, State Statute and the Commission by-laws, and will be addressing the codes as needed. We are looking for any additional information
on this topic and what your experiences have been.
Any information related to this topic would be greatly appreciated.
