Colleagues,

We are trying to find innovative (non-bonus-density) ways to incent an applicant to volunteer a community amenity rather than be compelled by code to provide it.

I am curious whether any of your codes offer expedited review processing or reduced application fees for an applicant who volunteers to offer something above and beyond code compliance? Pros/cons?

Other ideas are welcome as well.
