Attached is a slightly revised Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) preparation information for the Local Planning Resource Program.  The Local Planning Resource Program seeks to create a planning consultant pool of preapproved firms for projects. The deadline for SOQ submittals has been extended to February 5, 2014, at 3:00 P.M.  This change will allow a full three weeks since the release of the SOQ on Wednesday, January 13, 2014.  For more information on the Local Planning Resource Program and the SOQ please refer to the program’s website.
