The City of Bluffdale is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Planning
Manager. This position must perform professional current and long-range planning and permitting functions with limited supervision. As an expert
in the field, you will bring a depth of knowledge in permitting, public planning, land use planning, and related policies and procedures, including best practices and state-specific codes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a field directly related to the above duties; three (3) years of which must have been in a leadership capacity. And a bachelor’s degree in city planning, geography, landscape architecture, urban design,
public administration, or a related field. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience. AICP certification and master’s degree preferred.
