Dear Utah APA Community,

So lovely to connect with you all! If we haven’t had the pleasure of meeting yet, my name is Jordan Katcher and I serve as an adjunct instructor within the City + Metropolitan Planning Department at the University of Utah. I also have the pleasure of being a facilitator for the Wallace Stegner Center Environmental Dispute Resolution Program (FYI, we’re currently taking applications for a magnificent Collaboration Certificate Course for those of you that are engaging in collaborations - if you have any questions, please reach out!) and the Gateway and Natural Amenity Region (GNAR) Initiative.

This semester, I am putting together a networking extravaganza event for our 43 wonderful Urban Ecology undergraduates at the University of Utah, and I am specifically looking to invite practitioners that are warm-hearted, kind, and considerate along the Wasatch Front that are willing (and excited!) to engage with our students. My deepest desire is for each of our students to feel confident in networking with practitioners, and I would love any and all individuals that could foster that kind of an environment to join us on Thursday, April 18th, between 6:30pm and 8:00pm on campus.
