Hello everyone:

We are starting our budget discussions and are considering hiring a consultant to revise our current Annexation Policy Plan and creating a Water Use and Preservation Element for the City’s General Plan.  Looking to see if other communities have recently completed these projects, or have received bids to do so.  We are looking to get a rough idea on cost as we move through the budget process.  Any advise would be greatly appreciated.  Please send an email to bdonald@PROTECTED.
