We’re on the lookout for some assistance with development code writing. We are short-staffed and are in need of updating zoning codes and creating new codes in a short timeframe in order to implement the land use goals and strategies from
our General Plan. Includes updates to our Commercial Zone, Business Park Zone, Industrial Zone, Airpark Zone, and special use standards, as well as the creation of additional zones, such as a Community Commercial Zone, Neighborhood Commercial Zone, Regional
Commercial Zone, TOD Zone, Town Center/Mixed Use Zone, a Parks and Open Space Zone, and others.
