The Cache Metropolitan Planning Organization (CMPO) is soliciting Requests for Statement of Qualifications from qualified consultants to complete a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan for the CMPO planning area that includes the cities of Smithfield, Hyde Park, North Logan, Logan, River Heights, Providence, Millville, Nibley, Hyrum and Wellsville.
