I'm working with CVTD to find some recommendations for installations points for sheltered bike racks near CVTD stops. 

I've filtered some data of CVTD stops down to rank the top 3 or 4 utilized stops in each town across the east bench, and am looking for recommendations of publicly owned spaces within 1 block of these (1 per town) that could get a sheltered bike rack installed.  If anyone would like to look at the details and provide suggestions, that input would be welcome.
