Hello!

You are invited to test ride the Cache Bikeway primary route on September 14th along with other local officials, city staff, and citizens!

We have made a couple of changes to the event since the last email. Please review the plans below for the most up to date information.

• The ride will still start in the morning of September 14th in Hyrum and end in Smithfield.

• We hope to have as many members of BPAC join us as possible. Please invite others!

• We will have several ebikes available. Please let me know if you plan to attend and would like to use one of these bikes.

• If you would like to ride beyond the boundaries of your city you are more than welcome to! We hope you will ride as much of the route as you can! You can see the full schedule for the ride here

• If you can only join us for the discussion in your city it would still be great to have you join the conversation! Times for these discussions are included in the schedule as well.

• Lunch WILL be provided for riders joining us through Providence. We will be ordering some pizzas from Little Caesars. If you will be joining us over your lunch hour, but not during the Providence section please be sure to pack a lunch. 

• We will be providing snacks and water and will have a vehicle driving with the group in case of emergencies.

• We will also have some extra vehicles in Smithfield to help shuttle riders who will join us for the whole ride back to their personal vehicles in Hyrum.
