Hello,

If you were at the BPAC meeting in June you may remember that UDOT is conducting a Vulnerable Road User Assessment per federal guidance. They are once again seeking input. They have compiled a map of high risk areas as well as locations where projects are currently planned.

They are requesting input on:
  • Missing projects (current or planned)
  • Project priority preferences
  • Concerned with existing or planned projects
  • Ranking of strategies
  • Additional strategies

You can find the maps, projects, strategies, and a short survey on this linkComments are due back by September 8th so they can be considered for the final report. Please let me know if you have questions.

You can view the presentation at: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/review?uri=urn:aaid:scds:US:3251e17d-019a-4cb1-ae31-b0d65a665ebb

Please take some time to look at the map for Cache County and leave any comments you may have. If you are aware of projects they appear to be missing please let them know. Also, it would be great to have a large group of advocates from Cache County fill out the survey.

Thank you for your continued advocacy for bike and pedestrian safety!
