December 29th 2020

All,   North Ogden City has been processing an application to add Tattoo Arts as a permitted use in one of our commercial zones.   I wanted to just get an understanding of any unique requirements that you have found necessary, in your work with other municipalities, to apply in their zoning codes, as part of allowing Tattoo Arts as a permitted use.   Feel free to provide any of your thoughts and experience, as well as a link to your code section for this use, and related requirements.     (Als ...Continue Reading

Re: Private Recreational Vehicle Parking Feedback

December 14th 2020

Alpine City allows 48 hour on street parking except for winter months when no on street parking is allowed. If the RV, boat or trailer is on private property, the vehicle must be street worthy or operational otherwise it is deemed a nuisance. Also, RV's can only be stored, not used as a living space.  *From:* admin@PROTECTED via Utah Chapter APA Listserv <utahapa@PROTECTED> *Sent:* Saturday, December 12, 2020 7:44 PM *To:* Utah Chapter APA Listserv <utahapa@PROTECTED> *Subject:* [UAPA] Private Recreat ...Continue Reading

Specifically, are these vehicle types required to be parked in the side or rear yard with shielding from the front view? Is long term parking permitted in the driveway or on the street.
