Land Use Training Funds

Land use Training Funds Now Available In the 2018 general legislative session, the Utah legislature passed HB 250.  This bill allocates a percentage of the building permit surcharge fees to the Office of the Property Rights Ombudsman to use to provide training on the drafting and application of land use laws and land use dispute resolution.  In addition, the Ombudsman's Office may use the funds to provide reimbursement grants to organizations or individuals who provide land ...Continue Reading
