Hey Planners,

We are working on updating our code for when we issue a building permit within a subdivision. We are debating how to mitigate issues of giving a building permit before the completion of the development. I am hoping to see some examples of code that help address the following:

• Proper bonds and process for recording the final plat
• What infrastructure is required before you will issue a building permit
• When will the City call the bond to start to complete any improvements that need to be finished
