In general Alpine City avoids getting involved with CC&R's whenever possible. As long as what they are doing is compatible with the City code its usually not an issue. They can make restrictions greater than those required by the City but the City will not enforce anything that is not in our code. We leave the CC & R's are up to the private property owners and they can choose how to enforce them.
