Does anyone in the planning field share my concern that this Bill should include a provision stating that a real property transfer must transfer the entire parcel; not a portion of a parcel upon death?
I want to avoid the creation of a subdivision ordinance violation through this process with the resulting enforcement actions taken against grieving family members.
