Date: May 1st 2019
Howdy, friends -

We're hoping you can help us spread the word about the activities we have planned for Bike Month and encourage your workplace, community, and/or school to participate.  In celebration of bike month, we want to make sure you're aware of:

1. The Cache Quest (May 1st through May 17th) - a treasure hunt to be completed by foot, bike, and/or transit to win prizes during Bike to Work and School Week.

2. National Bicycle and Pedestrian Counts (May 6th - 10th) - a unified effort to document levels of walking and bicycling in our community and contribute to a greater understanding of how our community uses active transportation networks.

3. Bike to Work and School Week (May 13th through May 17th) - A full week of activities celebrating and rewarding those who choose to commute by bicycle.  With great support by all our sponsoring and partnering businesses, it's sure to be a week to remember.  Commuter feedzones, a progressive dinner, an alleycat race, live music, and opportunities to win a new bicycle and commuting gear are all part of the fun.  Help us spread the word, and come out and join us!

For those on social media, please follow us on Instagram and Facebook to learn more about each of these opportunities and contribute to the conversation.

Please share these links and the attached poster around with your communities, your workplace, and your schools.  Feel free to reach out to me directly if there are any additional questions.  We look forward to seeing you in the bike lane in May!

Thank you,
