Hello Fellow Planners –

I’ve been out of the public sector for awhile, so please forgive my awkwardness with the listserv.  We are considering the purchase of a planning application/permit software solution to streamline the review and approval process for the public and the city.  Before I dive into the various web pages, white papers and software demos, I would certainly appreciate any insights from your experience.  Please reference the particular software platform you are using, if it is integrated with your building and public works departments, and how it has helped your development review workflow.
