Greetings Fellow Utah Planners,

Draper City is currently in the process of making updates to our Municipal Code regarding  requirements for vehicular connectivity and cross access between nonresidential and mixed-use development projects including the same for adjacent and neighboring properties intended for future development of a similar nature. Does anyone out there know of any existing City ordinances that they have used, or recommend that have been effective and useful in regulating this type of thing? Any pitfalls from less effective ones that you have used that we should watch out for? Thanks in advance for your help.

Respectfully,
