Our City has been dealing with an issue with a resort that has not provided adequate dumpsters at a resort for short-term rentals. Our Planning Commission is looking at adopting a standard for how many dumpsters would be required in a resort. I am wondering if anyone has had success or a good example with this type of ordinance. Would you please forward to me any code references that could help out?
