The Regional Commercial zone in Saratoga Springs requires a minimum of 1,000 square feet for any building. This is the only commercial zone with a minimum building square footage. An applicant has proposed reducing that to 500 square feet.
The Planning Commission has continued the request. Do your cities/counties regulate building size? Drive-through only exceptions? Separation from another like size requirement?

Before you make the payment you will need to contact your bank and do one of two things:
a) Authorize positive pay for the City of Saratoga Springs/Xpress Bill Pay
(this option needs to be done each time), or
b) Add tax ID number 1870575087 as an authorized debitor with your bank
(this option only needs to be done once).
