Blaine,

Alpine City restricts parking on both sides of the street. Please see ordinance below:

  • It is unlawful for any person to park or allow to remain parked any motor vehicle  upon the city street from December 1 to March 31 between the hours of 12:00 AM  to 8:00 AM, and anytime snow is present, so as to provide access to snow plows for  snow removal.
  • It is unlawful for any person to park or allow to remain parked any non-road, non- motorized, and/or junk vehicles upon the city street from December 1 to March 31  between the hours of 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, and any time snow is present, so as to  provide access to snow plows for snow removal.

I would like to know what other cities require in terms of on-street parking during winter months.  Do they restrict parking on both side of a street or just on one side of the street?
