North Ogden City has been processing an application to add Tattoo Arts as a permitted use in one of our commercial zones.

I wanted to just get an understanding of any unique requirements that you have found necessary, in your work with other municipalities, to apply in their zoning codes, as part of allowing Tattoo Arts as a permitted use.

Feel free to provide any of your thoughts and experience, as well as a link to your code section for this use, and related requirements.  

(Also, it is my understanding that there are some County Health Department requirements, but those are anticipated to be addressed as part of business licensing.)
