Re: Private Recreational Vehicle Parking Feedback

Alpine City allows 48 hour on street parking except for winter months when no on street parking is allowed. If the RV, boat or trailer is on private property, the vehicle must be street worthy or operational otherwise it is deemed a nuisance. Also, RV's can only be stored, not used as a living space.

Subject: [UAPA] Private Recreational Vehicle Parking Feedback

From: admin@PROTECTED

I am reaching out to you for assistance in receiving feedback from members about regulations regarding parking of trailers, RV’s, and boats on private property. Specifically, are these vehicle types required to be parked in the side or rear yard with shielding from the front view? Is long term parking permitted in the driveway or on the street.

Thank you for the help,

Cache Hancey
