However, Alpine City does not have a definition for "Development Cluster". What have other cities done? Does anyone have a good definition that has been adopted by your city? Our goal is to limit having a single house on a hill.

On a related note, what ordinance do other cities have regarding flag lots. Alpine City would like to limit flag lots, but we do not currently have anything in our code to limit them. How are flag lots addressed in other cities?
