This article from CNU's "Public Square" newsletter was in my inbox this morning.
Timely update on some innovations happening with ADUs in the southeast. Might be a good read as part of your research.
Salt Lake City has a limited ADU ordinance you can find here:
They have been looking more recently at expanding this city-wide, but it's been a slow moving process.
Michael Maloy (now with Herriman City) and Michael Larice (University of Utah) are probably two of our resident experts with ADUs in Utah. You might reach out to them individually for more insights and information. They have both done A LOT of research in this area, and probably have many examples and approaches they can share.
