Can you please forward this question to the listserve?
Grand County just received a question regarding noise and garbage ordinances specific to short-term rentals. Do any municipalities have regulations along these lines for STRs? If so, what are they? How do you measurably enforce them?
Or, if not for STRs, does anyone have general noise ordinances with measurable, enforceable requirements?
