Thanks for the questions John,

The Kick-off event will be on May 6th from 5:00 to 7:00. It will be shared with the Cache Trails Alliance Adopt-A-Trail kick-off. We can arrive at 4:30 to set up a table to promote national bike week. There will be some bike activities that the CTA has planned such as a bike rodeo, but we can have space to do other activities as well.

And yes! If you can get the snacks again that would be great.

Thanks,

What is the time for the Kickoff Event and what will that include? Need to draw people to attend that.

Also, for the refueling stations, do you want snacks (fruit, juice, granola bars) there again? I can plan to pick those up as usual. If so, you could revise that to state “FREE Snacks, Caffe Ibis Drinks & Bike Tune-Ups”.

I like it!

Thanks Alyssa. I think it looks good to me. Does anyone have anything they would like to see changed?

Hello All,

Here is what I am thinking for the flyers. Please add anything to this list that Alyssa should include on the flyers.

- May 15th- 21st
- Bike to work and school!
- Refueling Station at CVTD from 7:30 - 9:30
- Kick Off Event on May 6th at Cache Valley Fairgrounds
- BPAC Logo/info- Information about the passports?
- Information about the strava competition?
-

Also,  if you have contact information for Businesses you think we should reach out to please respond to this email with that info.

Thank you,
