What is the time for the Kickoff Event and what will that include? Need to draw people to attend that.

 

Also, for the refueling stations, do you want snacks (fruit, juice, granola bars) there again? I can plan to pick those up as usual. If so, you could revise that to state “FREE Snacks, Caffe Ibis Drinks & Bike Tune-Ups”.
