Hi there BPAC - We'll be having our final pre-BTWSW meeting today at 12pm, 179 N. Main St, #301.

Following this email, you'll see the volunteer schedule for next week.  If you see your name on this list and won't be able to make today's meeting, could you please provide me your cell phone # so I can make sure your co-volunteers can contact you (and you them) in case of last minute issues?

We have a few pre-made, but lets make a bunch more, eh?

We have a lot of prizes to give away and raffle off as part of the Cache Quest, Alleycat, and Passport program.  We're looking for volunteer support to take photos of the gear, and help post to FB / Instagram to help promote the week's activities.

We should be pretty good to go at this point w/ our sponsors and hosts, but any final questions, concerns, suggestions are welcome today, cause it's our last chance to roundtable before we're doing this thing!!

I will be (am on) paternity leave through early August w/ my new boy, Sam.  I'm working part time, but with the reduced schedule, I would like to step away from leading BPAC for these months.  I would encourage anyone with interest in leading the BPAC meetings during these months, or we can postpone until August or September.
