For those volunteering for a Bike to Work Week stop, and those that have spent time aligning sponsors and support, a heartfelt thank you.  (can you feel it? THANK YOU!) It's looking good.  Per a request, I am posting to this list a link to the google calendar with the events of the week as well as responsible parties.  If you see yourself listed and have an issue with that, please get in touch asap.

In addition, I would like to request Bike to Work Week help in the following 2 categories:

 

- Poster and Passport Delivery:

Anywhere between 5/1 and 5/9, deliver posters and passports to partner businesses.  Encourage passports to stay hidden until 5/14.  These items will be available at my office, and expect to be manufacturing some passports during regular 5/8 bpac meeting.

 

- Social media magic:

I would greatly appreciate help boosting our social media presence (BPAC and Trails Cache) during BTWW, especially when it comes to thanking and promoting sponsors.  Please get in touch if you have interest in helping put up a post or two a day on FB/Instagram, and we'll discuss.
